While we do not offer adult walk- in appointments, we do have an open access schedule. That means that we make every effort to accommodate ill patients in same day appointments slots. Please arrive promptly at your "check in" time.
We are now accepting new patients. If you wish to become a new patient, you can print and complete your new patient paperwork and prescription use form. Please bring your completed paperwork and completed prescription use form with you to your appointment. To expedite your visit, please arrive15-minutes early to review and complete other paperwork.

After Hours Care: For non-emergencies and urgent questions after hours and on the weekends, please call 901-351-2003. If you have not received a call back in 30 minutes, please call again.
Hospital Care and Services: We can refer our patients to any area hospital. Please be sure to refer to your health insurance plan before going to the hospital services so that you are aware of which hospitals are covered by your plan.
Medication Refills: Please call our main number and follow the prompts to request any medication refills, and allow at least 24 hours for our response. Antibiotic prescriptions and pain medications are not usually refilled without a visit to the doctor.
Referrals: As a courtesy to our patients, our referral administrator will arrange appropriate authorization for specialists, and imaging facilities to which you may be referred. Please remember that each insurance is different, and some authorizations may take 5-7 business days to obtain.
Telephone Calls: We work hard to return calls in a timely manner. Please leave a home, work, and cell phone number where you can be reached, as often calls are returned in the evening. Please allow 24 hours to return calls. If your call is urgent, please let the receptionist know so that the call may be brought to our attention as soon as possible.
Armour Family Medicine is contracted with most major insurance groups in an effort to provide quality help to our patients in obtaining payment for medical services. You can contact your company to confirm our participation with them. We are also happy to see patients who do not have insurance, and accept cash, Debit, Visa/MC and Money Orders.
